All adults within Poppies are seen as positive role models to the children, this includes the management team, room staffing and students.
Each established member of staff is identified as a key person to a small group of children within their room, they are responsible to fully support each family and their child’s development through regular meetings and carful tracking of children’s progress against the national curriculum.
As well as attending yearly compulsory training and having current DBS checks, all staff members are committed to their own personal development which has a positive impact on providing a high quality environment and experiences for the children.
